Each item is crafted specifically for you as soon as you place your order. As a small business, we create products on demand rather than in bulk to help reduce overproduction and minimize waste—so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and supporting our sustainable practices!

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will happily reship it. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that photographic proof of the issue may be required. For orders that haven’t been received, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
