Will I get a physical product shipped to me?

At this time, we do not offer printing and shipping of our products. All our products are digital downloads, so no physical product will arrive at your address. Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your PDF file. 

If you do not have access to a personal desktop printer, Canva offers professional print services for an additional fee.  

Where's my digital download?

After a successful checkout, you can access your digital download in two convenient ways:

  1. Instantly on the Order Complete page in your browser following checkout.
  2. If you accidently close your browser before downloading the PDF to your computer, check the confirmation sent to the address you provided at checkout.
How long is my digital download available?

You can download your PDF file to your personal computer up to three times within 14 days of your purchase. If your download includes a Canva link on page 1, rest assured that the link does not expire. 

How can I return an item?

We're sorry to hear that the product you downloaded didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. These resources are crafted based on the subjective opinions and extensive experience of our healthcare professionals. We offer them as guides, and while we strive to provide valuable information, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in any health journey.

If you experienced a technical issue while downloading your product, please contact our product support team, and we'll resolve the issue promptly to ensure you receive your file.

How quickly can I expect a response from product support?

Our priority at Carolina Elite Women's Care is our patients' care, so their calls and emails take precedence over our online store. We kindly ask that you allow up to 3 business days for a response to your inquiry. Keep in mind, babies have their own schedules, and sometimes our team is needed for unexpected arrivals!

Please avoid calling our main line for tech support questions, as it is reserved for patient matters, and the staff will not be able to assist you through that channel. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I purchased a customizable item. Where's my Canva template link?

If your digital product includes customization, you will receive a link to an editable Canva template file in the PDF. The link is located on the cover page so you won't miss it! Copy and paste this link into a web browser to begin customizing it in Canva. If you do not see a link, please go back to the original product and double check that it included customization. Not all of our products do!

Can you provide me with custom Canva support?

The true value of our digital products lies in their content — the advice and guidance of our healthcare experts. But, we get it... the custom design is the fun part! That's where Canva comes in. It has a free plan and is easy to use for all skill levels.

While we cannot provide Canva support, there are many resources available on Canva's website and community forums to help you with any questions or issues you may encounter.

If you're a Canva newbie, follow these steps to get started:

  1. Register for a free Canva account.
  2. Visit Canva's Getting Started Tutorials for a library of beginner tutorials.
  3. When you're ready to edit one of our products, locate the Canva url in the PDF you received upon purchase.
  4. Copy and paste the url into a web browser. (Canva recommends Chrome.) It will take you to a landing page that looks like this:

  5. Click the purple button to start customizing our product to make it your own!
  6. Our templates have been locked to only allow content replacement. This is to help you customize the text of your birth plan without accidentally moving the other elements. If you want full control, click the lock button in the upper right hand corner twice.
